Maria is enrolled on the Sindh Bar Council’s roll of advocates, with the right to practice as an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan. Holding a BA LLB (Hons) and LLM from Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law, Maria boasts extensive experience across a wide spectrum of legal domains and has a comprehensive understanding of various legal areas. Her practice encompasses Intellectual Property Laws, Consumer Laws, Defamation Laws, Media Laws, Employment Laws, Rental Laws, Environmental Protection Laws, Domestic Violence Laws, Workplace Harassment Laws, Human Rights Laws, Family Laws, and Land and Property Laws.

She has significant experience dealing with various governmental departments and offices, including the Registrar of Trademarks, Copyrights, and Patents, the Federal and Provincial Ombudsman, Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA), the Environmental Protection Agency, and other authorities to assist clients effectively.

She is well-versed in the intricacies of registering Non-Governmental Organizations, Trusts, Cooperative Societies, Partnerships, and Companies. She provides invaluable legal advice to clients on laws pertaining to National Freight and Logistics Policies and assists them in drafting contracts and agreements. Additionally, she advises clients on Competition Laws, guiding them through deceptive marketing practices and anti-competitive behaviors.
